Our Autumn series runs in a block of 5, fortnightly Wednesdays 10.30am – 12.30pm, at Studio 6, Dartington Hall, Totnes, Devon. 

Since 2019, the sessions have supported mothers & female carers looking to shed the cloak of caring for a while to nourish heart and body. 

These sessions have run since 2019 for mothers and female carers who are looking to shed the cloak of caring for a while to nourish heart and body. We’ve now extended the invitation to include women recovering from health challenges and all women looking to resource through dance and movement in community connection.

We relax, nurture breath and self-care, play with movement that softens the joints, relaxes the knees, opens the heart and frees the mind.

Feel welcome to join our in-person movement sessions,  building connection in community of women.

You’re welcome as you are.

Laughing, crying, collapsed in a heap, we have no expectations.  As mothers we know the importance of being supported to find space for ourselves.

We don’t follow steps, we move on our own, in partners and as a group. We include relaxation, body awareness and playful movement. The music is diverse to touch the many strands of ourselves.

Full series on a sliding scale basis. Concessions and full bursaries available, thanks to National Lottery Community Funding — see booking site.
