Movement Matters

We believe that everybody can dance, and feel better for it.

Movement for Life is a community group based in Dartington, Devon.

We share dance and movement group activities for well-being & community connection.

We're proud to be supported by National Lottery Community Funding, Active Devon Healthy campaigns, Dance in Devon, & The Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs Trade Up Programme, 2021-22.

Let us support you. How are you moving today?

Want to explore no-steps dance with community in South West Devon?

You’re welcome as you are.

We play with movement that frees the joints, opens the heart & frees the mind.

This autumn we're delivering in-person groups to mothers & female carers, whole families (newborns to grandparents)  and online groups to women nationwide.

We're soon to be introducing new events to support community recovery through and after the pandemic - helping to reconnect.

See for yourself - meet our groups in these videos.
