We help people feel more of their bodies, leading to more body awareness, freedom of movement, enjoyable expression and connections with others in the group. We run a range of different dance sessions through the school year in quality studios around Totnes.
Some of our classes are run as series throughout the year, taking place on set days of the week.

Movement for Well-being
A popular online home practice group for women. We come to you via the online platform Zoom, we've cultivated a strong a supportive group since March 2020. Led by Leela Fisk and Kate Reed, Movement for Well-being sessions are welcoming to newcomers, an ideal way to try dance as a well-being practice for the first time. While most of the session is away from the screen, we find that women build strong connections through sharing, moving and dancing freely in their own living spaces.
"I value the intimacy with myself, my body, my home space, and other women. I value being truly seen in the witnessing space - it is wondrous what comes up in the breakout rooms, that's like a mini workshop!’’
